We accept Payment by Paypal only.

All Instruments are checked and serviced by our in house

guitar technician before dispatch.
 

All items will be dispatched with 48 hours of purchase

(excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)

Postage and Packaging is insured to Mainland UK and

Northern Ireland.  Please email for shipping costs if buying

from Overseas.  All items are well protected during dispatch

and all guitars will be posted Insured ParcelForce 48.

If you encounter any problems with your items being

delivered please contact us immediately.

Refunds for damaged items will ONLY be paid for valid claims.

If your item has been damaged by the postal service, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and we will then do all we can to resolve the situation.
